You still need to be connected to a wi-fi connection to use a proxy server so unless the network is open (then there is no point for this) or it's a closed network with MAC address filtering that happens to have no password and you know the network name there is no use for this. Basicly this is useless.
And go ahead and do your illegal stuff. Their router captured your MAC address when you connected to their network you idiot.
